Proximity Sensor

The synergy between the hardware component (a sensor) and software enables a set of intelligent and interactive functions. The sensor, located on the front of the terminal, under the display, detects human presence. When it does, it activates the kiosk, leaving the standby state and displaying different interfaces on the screen, with some of the main functions.

Similarly, if the user leaves the terminal during an important flow, the sensor will automatically disconnect the user from his account after a predetermined time interval.

UPS

Do not worry if the electricity drops during important flows and processes. The UPS located inside will keep the terminal running for the time required for completion.

Barcode & QR code scanner

To access the member’s area instantly, users can scan codes or barcodes from the phone display or printed on paper.

Waste document and identity card loading tray

Scanning is performed with the help of a camera located above the illuminated tray. This way, sensitive documents are converted into digital format without damaging them. This tray opens and closes controlled by software.

Passport / ID Scanner

It allows scanning of identity documents such as CI or passport. This component significantly facilitates the retrieval of data, such as name, surname, CNP, address through OCR processing. It can be applied for the pre-completion of personal data in all kind of contracts or other inputs, facilitating the digitization flow.

Microphone

There is a built-in microphone in the kiosk housing, which allows two-way communication or recording of voice messages.

Camera

Part of the terminal’s communication ecosystem allows a real-time discussion between the user and a back-office employee.

A4 Document scanner

This is an extremely useful device in the process of retrieving and digitizing bulk documents. With maximum accuracy and high speed will convert all information from the printed paper and enter it into the system in seconds.

Metal case

The entire system is embedded and protected in an electrostatically painted metal housing. Access to the interior is permitted through lockable doors strategically placed at the front and rear of the kiosk to handle various components and peripherals.
